Resource Person for the community of Harrington Harbour

 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Support community groups and the development of the community;
• Be in touch with the community and aware of their needs;
• Ensure that all respects regulations (permits, certificates, construction);
• Help with the request for permits as well as projects;
• Do follow up and updating of Municipal and local committee files;
• Support the administrative needs of the Municipal local committee.

 

Training

 

• V or equivalent – Experience will be taken into consideration;
• Must be available and willing to take any training that may be required for this employment

 

Qualifications

 

• To be able to communicate easily and efficiently through conversation or writing;
• To have the capacity to listen to others and to be in touch with the community;
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft and computers
• To be independent, dynamic, honest, organized, have a good sense of initiative, be able to work in a team setting as well as on own, etc..

 

Work Conditions

 

• Possibility to work a flexible schedule
• 15 hours per week, at $16.00  per hour.
• Date of hiring:  May, 2022 (As soon as possible after selection process)
